Eagle Cash Trust — Proxy Information
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2010 are entitled to vote their shares regarding a plan to liquidate and terminate the Eagle Money Market Fund and Eagle Municipal Money Market Fund. The Notice of Special Meeting, Proxy Statement and proxy card will be first mailed to shareholders on or about July 21, 2010.
