The AAAm*-rated Eagle Money Market Fund only invests in "top top tier" securities (those rated A-1+ by Standard & Poor’s, its highest rating, or the equivalent) and "top tier" securities (those rated A-1 by Standard & Poor’s, or the equivalent). The fund's rating is subject to change, does not remove market risk and does not provide any assurance the fund will attain its investment objective. Investments are selected from an approved list of securities determined by the Fund Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information and strict regulatory limits, and reviewed periodically by the Eagle Cash Trust Credit Committee. At least 50 percent of assets held are required to be "top top tier." The Fund’s average weighted maturity is limited to 60 days.
