Javier Alvarez, CSCP, serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Eagle Asset Management. He joined Eagle Asset in 2018 and previously served as director, senior manager and senior advisor within the Compliance department.

Alvarez previously spent six years at T. Rowe Price in various roles in, among others, the Compliance and Operations departments. He earned a bachelor’s of science in finance from the University of Tampa. Alvarez is a Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) and holds the FINRA 6, 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
